Introduction
Ann is an executive coach and mentor. She has developed this work since the mid 1990s following a successful business career as a chartered accountant both in practice and in management.
Ann works with senior people at board and partnership level and those who wish to achieve those levels. She is particularly interested in people fully developing their potential and helping them demolish the barriers.

Mission
Ann is passionate about people reaching their full potential and is intrigued by what holds them back. She sees her role as helping people be the best they can be, helping them to be comfortable about reaching out into new roles and experiences, and helping them to be congruent in all facets of their lives.
