Bernie Wales has over 25 years experience as a successful entrepreneur. A former founding director of two successful property management companies, and currently executive coach and business consultant to several national building development companies.
Bernie specialises in using his mix of both proven business skills and knowledge, with his coaching skills. His focus is on working to develop Directors of SME and micro businesses, with a particular emphasis on practical and constructive assistance.

After 25 years in key strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial roles - Bernie now combines his business and coaching skills to deliver growth and development opportunities to start-ups and small businesses.
Bernie recently completed his studies at NLP University in Santa Cruz and is now a Master Practitioner.
