Gold assistance is for those that desire a considerable commitment. Whilst specific circumstances are always taken into account, a gold level package would normally provide one day per week on-site, together with unlimited email and telephone support 24 hours a day.

Silver assistance is often the most appropriate commitment for a troubled business wanting to move fast. Specific circumstances will be taken into account, as with the gold assistance above, but the silver level package would normally provide 2 x half day on-site meetings per month. Again, this comes with unlimited email and telephone support.

• Silver level troubleshooting generally starts at £18,000 per annum.

Bronze assistance guarantees to provide a highly cost effective solution to a business’ problems. It achieves a similar level of analysis and diagnosis, with laser targeted solutions and guidance, whilst minimising cash expended. The bronze level package normally provides one day per month on-site, together with unlimited email and telephone support.

• Bronze level troubleshooting generally starts at £12,000 per annum.
