Introduction

Lucy is an Executive Coach and HR Consultant with over fourteen years senior HR experience gained in a wide range of sectors, including Investment Banking, Oil and Gas, Publishing, Manufacturing, Luxury Goods and the Drinks Industry. Her roles encompassed Generalist HR, Talent Management and Organisational Development.

Expertise

Combining her hands on experience of corporate development and coaching theory, Lucy brings an understanding of aligning both the organisation’s needs with the individual’s needs.  This balanced perspective provides Lucy with an excellent mix of pragmatic personal development experience and a more holistic approach to coaching that she uses to help individuals step up to their true potential and to distinguish leadership from operational management. 

Qualifications and Memberships

Lucy is a Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified coach through Oxford Brookes University, and is also continuing to develop herself further through an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring. She holds membership of both the EMCC and AC and is an Affiliate Member of the BPS.

Personal Details

Corporate clients engage Lucy to deliver a range of one to one coaching programmes which include help and support for senior management development, managing through change and new role and leadership transitioning. 

Lucy also works with Executive teams to facilitate team alignment and to establish Executive development programmes.  This may be delivered through workshops, self assessment and facilitated Executive team meetings.

Within her one to one coaching Lucy brings a holistic approach that combines theory, practise and a pragmatic understanding of the business environment to help individuals succeed for themselves and their organisations.
