Registered Office
If you go down the Limited Company route, Alfred Ivy can provide you with full Registered Office facilities. Companies House, HMR&C and all the other government bodies will send official post to the Registered Office, where it will be reviewed and dealt with in a timely manner – leaving you free to concentrate on keeping your customers happy.
Company Secretary
The Companies Act 2006 is the largest piece of legislation enacted by the British parliament. It is becoming law in stages throughout 2007, 2008 and 2009. Keeping up with what is required now and in the future is a time consuming task – and as a small business owner you probably don’t have time on your hands.
Alfred Ivy can provide a Company Secretary for you, trained to ensure your company carries out its official duties correctly. We charge a fixed fee to deal with the standard requirements and for a small additional charge we can Chair official meetings, such as the AGM, and provide detailed Minutes.

Alfred Ivy maintains its clients’ records – the Company Books – electronically, providing fast and efficient access to all the documentation necessary to keep Companies House happy.
Annual Return
Every year your company has to submit accurate and up to date details of the company’s officers, its shareholders or members, details of mortgages, and other exciting information. Alfred Ivy ensures that everything is there when needed, completing the Annual Return with all the changes that have occurred throughout the year, submitting it to Companies House by the due date, and ensuring your peace of mind.

In addition, Alfred Ivy keeps a close eye of director changes – especially those that are easily forgotten in the business context; such as moving house or getting married. Fixed Fees
No matter how few or how many forms are required for your company throughout the year, Alfred Ivy will attend to it all for an agreed fixed fee – usually £350.00 plus VAT. And if you require advice or assistance with something else, we’ll provide professional help for an agreed hourly rate or agreed project cost – thus ensuring your peace of mind and leaving you free to look after your customers and clients.
